Privacy Policy
How VyrroTech handles personal data when you visit our site, contact us, or work with us.
Effective 3 August 2026
Who we are
This policy applies to Vyrrotech FZE (“VyrroTech”, “we”, “us”), registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE. Our registered address is Global Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.
For privacy questions or requests, email ceo@vyrrotech.com.
What this policy covers
It covers personal data we collect through our website (https://vyrrotech.com), contact and inquiry forms, email and messaging, and any cookies or similar technologies we use. It does not replace project-specific agreements that may add extra confidentiality or data-processing terms.
What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and inquiry data — name, email address, company name, and the message you send via our contact form or by emailing us directly. Our website contact form currently opens your email client (mailto); we receive what you choose to send.
- Scheduling data — if you book a call through our calendar link (currently Cal.com), that provider processes your name, email, and booking details under its own terms.
- Project communications — information you share during scoping, delivery, or support (including files, credentials you choose to share, and feedback).
- Technical and cookie data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar diagnostics if we enable analytics or essential site cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
We do not currently run a newsletter signup on this site. We do not collect payment card data through this website. If a project uses a payment processor (for example Stripe or a similar tool) for invoicing or client products we build, that processor handles payment data under its own privacy terms; we typically receive limited billing metadata (such as invoice status), not full card numbers.
How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
- Prepare proposals, scopes, and contracts
- Deliver and support contracted services
- Invoice and manage the client relationship
- Improve our website and fix technical issues
- Meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use contact-form submissions for unsolicited marketing lists without a clear opt-in.
Legal bases (UK / EU visitors)
If UK or EU data-protection law applies to you, we typically rely on: (a) legitimate interests — responding to business inquiries and running our website; (b) contract — performing services you engage us for; (c) consent — where we place non-essential cookies or you opt into optional communications; and (d) legal obligation — where we must keep records for tax or regulatory reasons.
Who we share data with
We share data only as needed to operate the business and deliver work. Categories of recipients may include:
- Hosting and infrastructure — providers that host this website and related systems
- Email and communications — tools we use to receive and reply to messages
- Scheduling — Cal.com or a successor booking tool, if you use our calendar link
- Analytics — only if enabled and, where required, after cookie consent (see Cookie Policy)
- Payment / invoicing tools — banks or processors used for client invoices (not card capture on this marketing site)
- Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, or insurers when needed
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
International transfers
VyrroTech is based in the UAE and works with clients and team members across the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere. Your data may be processed in countries outside your home country, including the UAE and Pakistan. Where UK/EU rules require it, we take steps appropriate to the transfer (for example contractual safeguards with processors). Ask us if you need more detail for a specific engagement.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed for the purpose collected, then delete or anonymise them when no longer required — subject to longer retention where law or dispute resolution requires it (for example invoices and contracts). Cookie preference choices are stored on your device until you clear them or change them via the cookie banner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. UK/EU residents may also have the right to withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based) and to complain to a supervisory authority.
To exercise a right, email ceo@vyrrotech.com with enough detail for us to verify and fulfill the request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive secrets over unencrypted email unless we agree a safer channel.
Children
Our site and services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the site after updates means you should re-read the policy.
