FAQ
Do you charge upfront?
We usually split work into milestones with deposits per phase (e.g. kickoff, mid-build, launch). The exact structure is in your quote so cash flow and delivery stay aligned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, bank transfer (local and international), and other options where practical. Invoices and currency are agreed before work starts.
Can I get a refund?
If we have not started work for a paid milestone, that portion can be returned per the agreement. Once delivery for a phase is accepted, that phase is billed. We’re upfront about this in the contract.
What if scope changes?
Scope changes are normal. We document deltas, time/cost impact, and priority—then you approve before we build. For retainers, we adjust the backlog within your hours; larger shifts may mean a new estimate.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Longer roadmaps can be broken into monthly or milestone payments. We’ll match something sensible to the project size and your finance process.
