VyrroTech built KAYNS International Custom Sportswear for KAYNS International UK. A high-impact brand website and digital e-commerce showcase for a UK-based manufacturer of custom sportswear, sports club team kits, and streetwear collections. Key measured result: 11 days (Delivery). Core stack included Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and more.

The problem

KAYNS required a modern digital showcase that could effectively convey custom garment manufacturing capabilities while providing an intuitive catalog for sports clubs and retail buyers. The previous site was slow, kit inquiries were generic contact forms, and clubs could not see how a catalog item became a team order. The calendar was 11 days, which is only honest if the sitemap freezes on day zero and photography is already in hand.

Our approach

VyrroTech developed a fast, responsive Next.js storefront featuring high-resolution product galleries, custom kit request forms, and club-ready content modules. The inquiry form collects size runs, quantities, and branding notes so production can quote. Image pipeline and performance budget shipped with the catalog—not as a later “optimization sprint.”

Next.js storefront, Tailwind CSS visual styling, optimized image asset pipeline, and responsive inquiry engine.

A 40-page catalog that had to feel like a factory, not a theme

KAYNS International manufactures custom sportswear, club kits, and streetwear for UK buyers. The previous site could not carry custom-garment capability: galleries were slow, kit inquiries were generic contact forms, and clubs could not see how a catalog item became a team order. The brief was a 40-page rebuild that still had to ship in 11 days—brand, catalog, kit request flow, and Core Web Vitals—not a six-month replatform. That calendar is only honest if scope is ruthless: catalog IA, image pipeline, inquiry engine, and on-page SEO. No experimental checkout, no half-migrated Shopify theme, no “we’ll add it after launch” graveyard.

What 11 days actually contained

Day-one ownership: named delivery lead, a frozen sitemap, and image sources from the client. We built a Next.js storefront with TypeScript and Tailwind, not a page-builder. Product galleries use an optimized image pipeline so kit photography does not tank LCP. Club-ready modules explain custom manufacturing without turning every SKU into a novel. The kit request form collects the facts production needs—sizes, quantities, branding—rather than a blank textarea. Inquiry conversion is the commercial metric, not add-to-cart, because this is still a custom-manufacturing business. Staging reviews happened on a cadence that fit the 11-day window: no theatre stand-ups, working pages.

Performance as a sales feature

UK clubs and retail buyers compare on phones. A 40-page catalog that scores 98/100 on page speed is not a vanity Lighthouse screenshot—it is how product photography stays sharp without a 12-second wait. We set a performance budget before visual polish, compressed assets, and kept third-party scripts off the critical path. SEO shipped with the build: titles, internal links, and crawlable catalog URLs. Paid traffic onto a slow theme would have burned the launch. The stack stayed small (Next.js, React, Node, Tailwind) so the client’s team can own the repo after IP transfer. 90-day bug warranty covered post-launch fixes; the 11-day clock was delivery, not the end of care.

Measured result

The rebuild is live at kayns.co.uk. Delivery was 11 days for the 40-page catalog. Page-speed score 98/100. Kit-inquiry conversion +180% against the previous form path. Those three numbers are the ones we put on this site because they are the ones the engagement was scored on. We do not claim a revenue figure we were not contracted to measure. For ecommerce and retail buyers, this is the proof point for “can you move fast without a template store”: yes, if the catalog, image pipeline, and inquiry flow are the product, and everything else waits.

When an 11-day rebuild is the wrong promise

If you need multi-currency checkout, subscriptions, or a full PIM migration, 11 days is a lie and we will not sell it. KAYNS worked because the client had assets, a decision-maker, and a catalog that could freeze. Custom manufacturing inquiry is a different funnel from DTC checkout; confusing them is how agencies miss dates. Vyrrotech FZE contracted from Sharjah with a UK brand, same IP and warranty terms as US or KSA work. If your apparel brand needs a catalog that can actually load kit photos and route a production-ready request, this is the engagement shape. If you need Shopify plus three apps, say so in discovery and we will price that honestly instead.

Catalog IA and the inquiry that production can use

A 40-page rebuild fails when every kit is a unique snowflake page with no shared template. We grouped club kits, streetwear, and manufacturing capability so internal links and filters make sense to a buyer who landed from search. The inquiry form asks for size runs, quantities, and branding notes because that is what a factory needs to quote; a “how can we help” box is how leads die. Photography was treated as a pipeline: dimensions, compression, and alt text that describe the garment, not “image 12.” Clubs comparing two UK manufacturers will not wait for a hero video. The 98/100 page-speed score is the outcome of that budget, not a plugin. After handover the client owns the repo. Warranty covered defects in templates, forms, and performance regressions we introduced—not new seasonal collections. If your calendar is 11 days, freeze the sitemap on day zero and put a named owner on asset delivery. Without those two, the date is marketing. We still ship with a 2-hour response SLA during the window so blocked questions do not sit overnight across time zones.
