1. Introduction

VyrroTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website vyrrotech.com and related digital services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, complete contact or lead forms, subscribe to email updates, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Services, you agree to this policy and our use of information as described here.

We are based in Pakistan and work with clients globally. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply (for example, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, or the California Consumer Privacy Act). A summary of your rights is included in Section 7. If you have questions, contact us at ceo@vyrrotech.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide directly — e.g. name, email address, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, project description, service interests, budget and timeline, how you found us, and any other information you type into our contact, booking, partner, or careers forms.
  • Communications — the content of emails, messages, or call notes you exchange with us, and metadata (such as time and date) associated with those communications.
  • Usage and device data (via cookies and similar tools) — e.g. IP address, browser type, device type, rough geographic area (not precise GPS, unless you explicitly share it with us), pages visited, referring URLs, and time spent on the site, when you have consented to non-essential cookies and analytics.
  • Email and marketing — if you opt in, your email address and related preferences, plus engagement metrics (opens and clicks) from our email tools, in line with the consent and unsubscribe options you receive.

We do not require you to provide sensitive personal data (such as health or government ID) through our website. Please do not send such data unless we explicitly request it in a secure channel for a defined purpose.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and provide proposals or quotes you request.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website and our internal processes, including security and fraud monitoring.
  • Measure and analyze traffic and form completion when you have consented to analytics cookies, including through Google Analytics (or similar tools) to understand which pages and campaigns perform well.
  • Send you email updates, newsletters, or product information where you have opted in, and to honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, safety, and property of VyrroTech and our users.

We will not use your personal data for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes described in this policy without first notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers (processors) — e.g. email delivery (e.g. Resend or similar), web hosting, analytics (e.g. Google, when you consent to analytics cookies), and form handling. They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
  • Legal and safety — when we believe release is required to comply with law, a court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VyrroTech, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the successor to honour this policy or provide equivalent notice.

International data transfers, where they occur, are made with appropriate mechanisms (e.g. standard contractual clauses or your consent) as applicable law requires.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, run essential site functions, and — where you consent — to measure site usage and support marketing. Our cookie controls (includingAccept all, Reject non-essential, and Manage preferences) let you limit non-essential categories. A detailed list is in our Cookie Policy.

Google Analytics (when enabled) may use cookies to collect session and engagement data. You can also use browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, in addition to our preference centre.

6. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, such as: maintaining client and prospect records for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period thereafter; keeping business and tax records as required by law; and keeping server logs in line with our security and abuse-prevention requirements.

When retention periods end, we delete or de-identify data where feasible. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so subject to any legal or contractual obligation to keep certain records.

7. Your rights (including GDPR and CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including profiling where we conduct it.
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent) without affecting prior processing.
  • Port your data in a machine-readable form where applicable.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country or region.

GDPR (EEA/UK): We process your data where you have consented, where necessary for our legitimate interests (balanced with your rights), or where we need to perform a contract you request. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

CCPA/CPRA (California):California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete certain information, the right to opt out of “sale” (we do not sell personal information) or “sharing” for cross-context advertising as defined in law, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics beyond what is necessary to provide our Services.

To exercise any of these rights, email ceo@vyrrotech.com. We may verify your request before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent where the law allows.

8. Third-party services

Our site may include links to third-party websites, embeds, or integrations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to read those policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties except as required by law.

Examples of categories of processors we use include: cloud hosting, email and transactional messaging, and analytics and advertising providers when you have consented to the relevant cookies.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) for the website, and secure handling of form submissions. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a breach that affects you and the law requires notification, we will take steps to inform you and the relevant authorities as required.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete that information in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised, and, where the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice (for example, a banner on the site or a notice in our communications) where appropriate.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy where permitted by law.

12. Contact us
